The Heart Shape Padding and Bun-
For practical this week we were given a sheet of paper incorporating of 'Heart shaped' padding and buns. Half the class would do this during week 5 and the other during week 6.

Another awful attempt at padding, I still can't get used to it and I still find myself struggling to get that height, symmetry and historical correctness of the application. The application of the padding went alot smoother, Last time i forgot to plait the hair it was going to be attached to, to give it stability, so this time around my padding rats were stable!
Covering the padding however, was not as good as last time. I struggled to keep them covered as well as creating the heart shape. This technique is something i definitely need to address.

I was extremely proud of how my bun came out! it was near perfect! the roundness was great and the smoothness of the hair was fantastic! I think the fact the hair was crimped and textured aided me into creating a better, well presented bun. I am definitely proud of this application.
